Belcampo Pork Chops are from the center cut of our pasture raised heritage hogs. We recommend rubbing them with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper, and pan-frying in a searing hot cast iron pan. Make sure you’re prepared for some serious flavor, because these are not your average pork chops.

Once defrosted, store up to 7 days in refrigerator in original unopened packaging and up to 5 days once packaging has been opened and product exposed to air.
