Situated on our farm, the Belcampo Farm Kitchen lies in one of the most beautiful settings in Northern California at the base of Mt. Shasta about 250 miles North of the San Francisco and 600 miles North of Los Angeles.
Inspired by the picturesque landscape and magnificent views, the Chefs and artisans at our Farm Kitchen approach their culinary creations with sustainability at their core. They have a deep appreciation, respect, and reverence for Belcampo’s whole animal approach, which is ultimately expressed in their delicious, inventive food. They create many of Belcampo’s signature favorites and seasonal foods using bones and cuts that other meat companies would typically discard. Rather than dispose of them, they transform them into delicious, inventive foods, such as Belcampo’s Organic Bone Broths, Soups, and Grab & Go foods.
