INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cups packed parsley leaves

4 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped

2 tablespoons packed oregano leaves

1 ½ tablespoons rosemary leaves

1 tablespoon thyme leaves

1 bay leaf

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil

1/3 cup sherry vinegar

Kosher salt

Freshly ground pepper
STEP-BY-STEP
- 1. In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients, pulse until the herbs are roughly chopped.
- 2. Season the chimichurri with salt and pepper and transfer to a bowl.
