Shhh. This is the lamb that top restaurants covet. We’ll keep it between us, but here’s a bit more about our lamb. Belcampo lamb is 100% grass-fed in pastures, and raised slower and freer than conventional lamb. This results in a deliciously mild and sweet flavor, without gaminess.
