This Privacy Policy describes how Belcampo Meat Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”, etc.) and service providers acting on our behalf collect, use, and disclose information. It applies to our website, belcampo.com, and mobile application in the United States (collectively, “Sites”). This Privacy Policy also provides you with information about your choices and ability to access your Personal Information.

By using the Sites or otherwise providing Personal Information to us, you agree to this Privacy Policy. We may also ask you for express consent before collecting certain Personal Information through the Sites.

    • Our online and email advertisers or other third party vendors we use and who may provide cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs or other similar technologies for use on our Sites or other websites to manage and improve our online and email advertising campaigns.
    • For example, a vendor (e.g., Google, Facebook) may provide us with certain digital advertising pixels or other tools to recognize their cookies during your visit to the Sites and to learn which of our online advertisements may have brought you to our Sites, or to serve you with advertisements for Belcampo products, services, or events after you leave the Sites. These third party vendors may also use other digital advertising tools, as well as your Personal Information, to recognize you across the devices and online services you use.

Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights

  • You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your request, if applicable, we will disclose to you the categories of personal information we collected about you, the categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you, the business or commercial purpose for engaging in the sale or collection of that personal information, the categories of third parties with whom your personal information is shared, and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
  • You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. You also have the right at any time to direct us not to sell your personal information, which is your right to opt-out. In the preceding twelve months we have not sold personal information.
  • We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

DO NOT TRACK

We do not monitor or follow “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals because there is no standard interpretation or practice for DNT signals. Therefore, we handle all user information consistent with this Privacy Policy.

THIRD PARTY SITES

The Sites link to other websites and online services/platforms (collectively “third party sites”). We have no control over such third parties and therefore cannot be responsible for the content, availability, or security of such linked third party sites. This Privacy Policy does not address the privacy and data security practices of any third parties. The inclusion of a link on the Sites does not imply endorsement of the linked third party site or its products and services, and is provided for your convenience only. If you decide to access any of the third party websites linked to our Sites, you do so subject to the terms and conditions of use for such third party sites.

We are also not responsible for the privacy and data security practices of other organizations, such as Apple, Caviar, DoorDash, Facebook, Google, Grubhub, Instagram, Microsoft, Postmates, Twitter, and UberEats or any other app developer, app provider, social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer. Any Personal Information that you provide through such third party websites, mobile applications, or social platforms etc. will be subject to the privacy policy of the its operator, and not this Privacy Policy.

CAREERS

The Sites may include a link to our Careers section, which is hosted by a third party provider Paycom Payroll, LLC. Any Personal Information submitted through that portion of the Sites, by upload or via e-mail, will be governed by Paycom’s Privacy Policy at https://paycom.com/privacy.php.

SECURITY

We use physical, technical and administrative measures designed to protect Personal Information. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us in accordance with the “Contacting Us” section below (note that physical mail notification will delay the time it takes for us to respond to the problem).
