2 slices preferred cheese, other toppings to your liking
Directions
Drizzle the oil over the top of the mushroom caps.
Heat a cast iron or heavy grill pan over high heat.
Lay portabella caps, rounded side up, onto the hot grill pan and cook for 3 minutes. Turn the mushroom caps and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
Form beef into two patties, sprinkle with kosher salt.
Remove mushrooms from pan and set aside on a sheet tray or plate.
Place the beef patties back into the pan where you cooked the mushroom caps and cook 4-5 minutes each side until cooked to your preferred done-ness. Top with your preferred combination of cheese, avocado, etc.
Place one portabella cap onto each of two plates with ribbed side facing up. Top each cap with a cooked patty and all your favorite toppings.
