Hire Belcampo to cater your next event! Whether it’s a wedding, backyard birthday party, or gathering at Belcampo Farm, we’re here to create the perfect menu featuring our Organic, pasture-raised meat.

Belcampo’s Catering program is fully customizable to your needs and ranges from offerings of steak, burgers, and tacos, to our high-end Meat & Fire program – a unique Asado experience featuring on-site fire grilling using a variety of cooking techniques that elevate the true Farm-to-Table experience.

Working with seasonal ingredients and Belcampo’s grass-fed and grass-finished meat, our Chefs can create a sample Asado menu that may include:

  • Custom-Batched Cocktails paired with Carne Cruda and Belcampo by Mario Batali™ Charcuterie
  • Meat Course of Wood-Fired Lamb Legs, Bavette Steak, Rib Eyes, or Cider-Brined Pork Sirloin Chops
  • Sides of Asado Potatoes, Wood Roasted Carrots, Little Gem Salad, Charred Summer Squash
  • Dessert of Seasonal Fruit Tart
  • Organic Wines & Craft Beers

Minimum catering fee is $10,000, not including alcohol and gratuity.
