Lean and mean. Beef heart is an extremely flavorful, nutritional powerhouse – and when properly prepared, makes for a super delicious (and economical) cut of beef.
Preparation:
To prepare our 100% Grass Fed beef heart, slice it thinly and grill or pan fry in a searing hot cast iron skillet (don’t braise). It can be a great replacement for recipes where you’d use flat iron, flap or hangar steak.
