Take the hassle out of weeknights with these quick & easy air fried proteins. An air fryer is a great tool for when you need something healthy that's ready quickly – and give you a beautiful, crisp exterior and juicy interior.
Ginger Tamari Air Fryer Meatballs
- 1 lb 85/15 ground beef
- 1 grated shallot or 1 T grated or minced onion
- 2 T minced parsley
- 1 T grated ginger
- 2 T tamari
- Mix all ingredients well until evenly combined. Form into 12 equally sized meatballs using an ice cream scoop and place on a baking sheet.
- Place 1/2 of the meatballs in the basket of the air fryer and cook 8 minutes. Shake the basket and cook 2 minutes more. Transfer to a serving plate and let rest for 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining meatballs.
Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast
- Place one lemon pepper chicken breast in the basket of the air fryer.
- Cook at 380°F for 10 minutes, turning over halfway through the cook time.
Air Fryer 12 oz NY Strip Steak
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F
- Place the steak in the basket and cook 10 minutes, turning once halfway through.
