Toss with 1 teaspoon kosher salt and place on a medium hot grill.
Grill until browned all over and cooked through - about 8
minutes each side. You may want to use grill tongs to press the chicken
wings into the grill to ensure that they are evenly charred and browned.
Meanwhile, whisk together the following for the glaze: Ketchup, Mustard, Coconut Sugar, Coconut Aminos (or soy sauce)
Remove the wings from the grill and toss with the sauce. You
can then put back on the grill if you’d like them to be super crispy
and caramelized, or serve sticky and saucy as is!
