1 small yellow watermelon
1 red pepper
½ red onion
½ cup chopped parsley or cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
1 cup feta diced or crumbled
2 tablespoons salt
Directions
Peel and cube the watermelon. Remove seeds if it has any.
